Relationships are important to all of us. If your relationship doesn’t work, then therapy can really help. As a therapist, I cannot solve problems but I can help to discover patterns in your relationship that you have built together but who no longer works properly. For therapy, it is important that you are both open to it and want to work on it. Couples therapy may also be helping if you want to end the partnership in a constructive way. This may shape your relationship as divorced parents and the handling / education of the child (ren) are a major topic of conversation.
